WV CALA is always reaching out to state residents in an effort to update the public of the ongoing problems of lawsuit abuse and garner additional support for legal reform in our state.
Our ongoing public education efforts utilize television, radio, mail and internet to help spread the “Stop lawsuit abuse!” message during this important time. Our regular research projects, including our campaign finance updates, help inform the public and the media on the latest developments in West Virginia’s courts. And our grassroots outreach efforts have had an enormous impact — reaching tens of thousands of West Virginians across the state!
